Outage - GNAX data-center, Atlanta, Georgia
Wednesday, January 9th, 2008We are experiencing a network/routing issue at the GNAX Atlanta data-center which is affecting all of the data-center.
Network technicians at the data-center are investigating, and we will update on this as soon as we have more information from them.
UPDATE: Network connections have been restored to GNAX data-center and all our web sites and other services are operating normally, although some other customers of the data-center are apparently still experiencing issues. We will be seeking a full explanation of the issues this morning, and details of what has been learned and implemented to avoid a recurrence, and will post a further update once we have this information.
